Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Product Manager per il team Chocowafer, Assorted Pralines, Snack, Creme e Patisserie.Questo team è caratterizzato da una pluralità di categorie ad alto potenziale e con crescente priorità strategica.Cerchiamo una risorsa motivata dalle nuove sfide e dalla possibilità di creare un impatto, team player collaborativo e comunicatore efficace.Il/la PM Si Occuperà Principalmente DiImplementazione delle leve del mktg mix (piani promo, pack design, BTL/ATL communication, visibilità instore)Costruzione dei piani di medio termine di crescita del brandAnalisi di profittabilità della categoria e delle innovazioniAnalisi dello scenario competitivo e monitoraggio dati IRIMonitoraggio delle performance del business della categoria assegnataRelazione con fornitori, agenzie di packaging e attività ATL/BTLPresentazione alla forza di vendita / agenti, costruzione della category story e relativi materiali a supporto della forza venditaCostanti relazioni con Marketing Internazionale per reportistica e presentazioni cross CountriesIl Candidato/La Candidata Ideale PossiedeLaurea ad indirizzo economico o equiparabiliEsperienza di min. 2/3 anni in Area Marketing-VenditeAttitudine al problem solvingForte autonomia e spirito di iniziativa, adattabilità e determinazione in contesti incerti.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e attitudine alla collaborazione in contesti internazionaliProduct Manager (Marketing)candidarsi in linearitorno al portale impiego#J-*****-Ljbffr
