About the CompanyFor Paul Wurth Italia spa, company of SMS Group we are looking for an Instrumentation and Control EngineerResponsibilitiesEIC prescriptions identification for specific projects (Inquiry, General Specification, Contractual Technical Specification, International and National Standard) for technical Offer and Project executionPFDs/P&IDs study and EIC assistance to technological colleagues, preparation of Instrument List and Data Sheet for Instrumentation and Analysers, Valve List and Data Sheet for Actuated Valves (Control and On-Off).Hook-up definition, Tubing and Bulks.EIC assistance for Risk AnalysisProcess oriented Functional Description preparation, in strict cooperation with process and technological engineersProcurement equipment for Instrumentation, Analysers, Actuated Valves from purchase specifications preparation, technical alignment up to Order placement, follow-up for electrical equipment and engineering activities, Factory assessment Test.Detail Engineering management and supervision, based on external engineering company support, typically with 3D model development for plant engineering activities for the above-mentioned equipment and systems (including cabling and interconnection activities and EIC Bulks MTO (Material Take Off) calculation sheet definition and check)EIC assistance on Procurement (Electrical, Instrumentation and Control) of technological system packages.Technical Proposal activities (Technical specification preparation, Equipments and bulks list for estimation)EIC activities coordination in the context of general project execution (interface and report to project management and overall project technical coordination, project activities plan and schedule, interface with other project technical functions, input collection, output preparation, interface with customer, partners, consultant, Suppliers etc.)For most of the project design engineering activities shall be developed through AVEVA smart Tool (Aveva Engineering with P&ID developed with Aveva Diagrams)QualificationsTechnical degree or diploma on Electrical EngineeringRequired SkillsGood education, skills on instrumentation design for Engineering and Procurement activities (P&ID and PFD diagrams, Control systems, Risk Analysis and Safety documentation, Auxiliary and Communications systems)Skills on Instrumentation plant engineering activities (Hook-up, Analyzer room, control room, cable routing, wiring tables, interconnections etc.).Mainly definition of Basic Engineering contents and management, for Detail Engineering activities, of sub-suppliers engineering companies (European or foreign) with use of 3D model design and integrated suite (P&ID intelligent, BoQ integrated ....)Base Skills on International standard and codes (IEC, EN, ISA,...)Base skills and experience on electrical system in general (power distribution and electrical equipment)Experience in EIC Technical department in Company supplying large industrial plants, preferably on steel sector, shall be appreciated.Technical Sales proposal experience on the above-mentioned application shall be appreciatedKnowledge of Aveva suite shall be duly appreciatedAttitude/Skills to other companys department interaction (technological departments, project management, purchase department, Sales department, erection department, etc.)Attitude and social Skills (communications and interaction with internal structure, customer/consultant at all stages of the project) with problem solving approach.Attitude to Lesson Learning application and definitionAttitude and Skills on multitasking and overbooking scenarioEnglish fluent in written and spokenSkills in office tools (excel calculation sheet in particular) and base skill on AutocadAttitude to learning and using professional company professional tools (AVEVA Engineering, SAP ..)Availability to travel at a client's office, Vendor workshop&office or at construction site
