The resort also features a 9-hole executive golf course, a private beach club and an indulgent Spa.Main purpose:You will support the Chef de Rang carrying out his/her duties and cooperates with the Commis de Rang team during the service set-up to ensure a flawless restaurant experience is delivered to our Guests, whose satisfaction is the main objective of our team.Reports to: Chef de Rang and Maître.Main duties & responsibilities:?Support the Chef de Rang delivering a tailor made culinary experience to our Guests according to the company standards and procedures;?Support the Commis de Rang in every service preparation and set-up;?Support the Commis de Rang cleaning the restaurant;?Responsible for the equipment and supplies assigned to perform the service;?Comply with H&S national rules and company instructions.We offer:?Seasonal contract according to C.C.N.L. Ongoing dialogue with Head of Department on own performance objectives.?Business orientation: Be able to follow guidelines and priorities assigned by Head of the Department in order to achieve goals in a timely and satisfactory way.
