Assistant Project ManagerBelfast - IrelandAbout this opportunityGleeds Belfast is involved in delivering some of Northern Ireland's most iconic projects, and you will support Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects and programmes.Our Belfast office is based in the recently refurbished Custom House at Custom House Square, offering access to excellent on-site facilities including a gym, café, and a range of shared amenities within the building.ResponsibilitiesAssisting Project / Programme Managers in delivering high quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet customer requirementsDelivering high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business proceduresAdministering contracts as contract administrator, employer's agent or project manager (in particular NEC contracts)Producing and presenting to customersPreparing bids for servicesEnsuring that all quantitative and financial information has been independently checked before issue, including maintaining evidence of independent checksRemaining in the remit of your roleAccess toOpportunities to develop and grow your careerA contributory pension schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeFlexible working arrangementsWho we're looking forExperience, Knowledge and Key SkillsCompetent ICT skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointFurther post graduate experience in project management and/or programme managementDevelop knowledge and experience in the following:Project stagesProject management tools and techniquesProcurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategiesContract administration and managementClear and effective communication skills – both oral and writtenGood organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changesAbility to work as part of a teamMinute taking and record keepingQualificationsBSc DegreeUndertaking to attain professional membership – RICS, CIOB or APM or equivalent standardAbout usGleeds is a global property and construction consultancy with over 150 years of expertise, operating in 28 countries worldwide.From iconic landmarks to critical infrastructure, we drive innovation, sustainability and value, delivering transformative projects that shape communities and redefine the built environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
