NEVERHACK ( ) è un gruppo francese specializzato in cybersecurity.Fondato nel **** e con sedi in 10 paesi, il gruppo conta oggi più di **** dipendenti in tutto il mondo.La nostra ambizione è quella di espanderci a livello internazionale per costruire un mondo digitale sicuro per tutti.È proprio grazie a questa forte espansione che stiamo cercando un/una Systems Integrator Specialist - L3.AttivitàResponsabilità principaliRealizzare onboarding di nuovi clienti e progetti, garantendo qualità e rispetto delle tempistiche.Sviluppare soluzioni e integrare sistemi complessi in ambito IBM Sterling B2B Integrator e altre piattaforme.Eseguire bugfix e attività correttive nel rispetto degli SLA.Analizzare le esigenze dei clienti e tradurle in documentazione tecnica e requisiti di progetto (ruolo simile a Business Analyst).Collaborare con il team per garantire la continuità del servizio e la qualità delle consegne.Gestire attività e ticket tramite Jira.RequisitiEsperienza nello sviluppo software e integrazione di sistemi.Capacità di analisi e di traduzione delle esigenze in requisiti chiari e documentati.Conoscenza di supply chain in ambito IT (preferibile).Familiarità con strumenti di gestione ticket (es.
