Job numberIT*****CompanyDanieli Centro Combustion S.p.A.LocationGenovaJob familyHSEAbout usFounded in ****, Danieli is a world leader in the construction of plants and machines for the steel industry.The company has over twenty-five divisions and is renowned for innovation, team spirit, excellence and reliability.We are currently reinforcing our Danieli Centro Combustion Team.Location: GenovaResponsibilitiesThe resource serves as HSE Manager (RSPP), as defined by Legislative Decree *****, for the company DCC.They ensure a comprehensive and documented assessment of all health and safety risks for workers within the organization, identifying appropriate prevention and protection measures.They maintain relationships with authorities – ARPA, Labor Inspectorate, Fire Department, etc.– for necessary procedures/authorizations, and with relevant bodies for certification management.They ensure compliance with HSE regulations, involving all company levels to guarantee adherence to internal procedures and foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.They review and manage the UNI ISO ***** and UNI ISO ***** Safety and Environmental Management Systems (internal procedures, communication and training, audits, and certification visits).They ensure training deadlines are met in relevant areas, suggesting adjustments in collaboration with the responsible departments.They manage all activities necessary for proper emergency prevention and response (emergency plan, fire safety plan, procedures for environmental emergencies/spills).They collaborate with the purchasing department in identifying and managing suppliers involved in activities with environmental impact and safety requirements.In collaboration with delegated managers and the employer, they ensure that external companies operate in compliance with Safety and Environmental regulations.They conduct regular internal audits, ensuring monitoring and closure of corrective actions.They collaborate with the Occupational Health Physician to ensure proper management and communication regarding workplace health.They coordinate HSE personnel at construction sites.Technical RequirementsProven technical expertise in regulatory matters related to environment, health, and workplace safetySkills in risk analysis and corrective action managementBusiness understandingProject managementRSPP trainingBachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (optional)At least 5 years of previous experience in the role within medium/large industrial companiesProven and excellent knowledge of the English languageSoft SkillsProactivity and drive to take actionGoal-oriented mindsetProblem solvingStrong communication skills and ability to build interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organizationAbility to manage evolving situations, balancing inputs and priorities while maintaining focus on achieving business objectivesBusiness UnitDanieli Centro Combustion is a world leader in the production of reheating and heat treatment furnaces for the steel industry.Its area of specialization is the design of heating and quenching systems, supported by an in-house Research and Development center and a complete range of patented burners and innovative equipment applied to the steel and aluminum markets for billets, blooms, slabs, plates, tubes, strips, bars, and wire rod.
