We're part ofCroud Group, a global digital-first marketing business built on a unique model that blends in-house expertise with a carefully curated network of top digital media talent — the Croudie Network .Through this model, we deliver transformation for iconic brands like Guinness, Ford, and Barclays, led by teams of social natives and brand experts, underpinned by technology.Backed by the strength of a brilliant business that's proudlyB-Corpcertified, Born Social is consistently recognised as one of the best places to work.What you'll be doingSocial Media Creative Concepting:Develop original and engaging creative concepts and territories specifically for social media campaigns in the Italian market.Art Direction Focus:Focus on the art direction and conceptualisation space, ensuring all ideas are culturally relevant and aligned with the brand and local market trends.Campaign Development:Collaborate with the Account and Strategy teams to transform initial concepts into fully realised campaign ideas and presentations.Maintain Brand Standards:Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries for maximum impact.Who we're looking forConcept-Driven:Proven ability to generate innovative, big-picture creative ideas and narrative territories for campaigns.Platform Expertise:Deep understanding of current and emerging social media platforms, formats, and best practices.Italian Market Expertise:Native Italian with a strong understanding of Italian culture, consumer behaviour, and marketing landscape.Portfolio:A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepting and art direction for major brands, preferably in the automotive or lifestyle sectors.Collaboration:Eagerness to work as part of a dynamic, remote team and effectively receive and implement feedback.What's next?Share your details, resume and portfolio, and we'll be in touch We usually start with a video call to get to know you better and go from there.
