Business Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Solutions (m/f/d)Are you passionate about optimizing business processes and implementing cutting-edge ERP technologies? Join our team as a Business Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Solutions, with a focus on Finance and/or Supply Chain Management modules.Responsibilities:Drive the successful implementation of ERP projects in close collaboration with your team—this includes conducting requirements analyses, facilitating workshops, and designing tailored solution conceptsIndependently manage sub-projects and support all phases of ERP implementationAct as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and our R&D expertsPerform business process analyses for international clients, both within and outside the Würth GroupDevelop innovative solutions to enhance our customers' operational efficiencyOrganize and conduct customer workshops throughout the project lifecycleStay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and explore modern cloud and AI-based technologiesRequirements:Strong interest in consulting and business process optimizationProfessional experience in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms)Project management experience is a plusExcellent analytical skills and a structured, conceptual approach to problem-solvingStrong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindsetTeam player with a high degree of customer orientationWillingness to travel internationallyStrong IT affinity and technical understandingUniversity degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Industrial EngineeringFluency in German and English is requiredWe offer:Cooperation with a highly qualified and engaged teamInvolvement in international IT projects within the Würth GroupFlexible working hours as well as home-office (max. 3 days per week)Attractive fringe benefits and appealing salary modelWide range of training and development opportunitiesWould you like to learn more about this vacancy?
