Reporting into the Assurance Sales Manager Italy, Eurofins is now looking to recruit a young person with a dynamic character to build upon and further develop its Food and Consumer Assurance activities in Italy, which include food labelling services, certification, auditing (second-party, social, quality, environmental, security), and training.Key Responsibilities:Maintain, develop, and grow customers, ensuring the services provided meet their needs.Enhance client relationships through professional support and customer care.Work with existing partners and develop new relationships to drive business growth and market visibility.Contribute to the development of sales plans and marketing campaigns.Analyze existing monthly KPIs and develop new ones to monitor progress.Collaborate with marketing resources accordingly.Apply good practices in all areas of responsibility as appropriate.Be highly collaborative, able to work in a team, but also autonomous and enterprising.Be open-minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented.Work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.Demonstrate and promote the company's vision.Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all activities, adhering to Eurofins and client procedures.Conduct all activities safely and efficiently.Perform other duties as assigned.Use CRM (Salesforce) and report periodically using company tools.Qualifications:High school diploma or bachelor's degree.Knowledge of main food safety certification and audit schemes, and CRM tools.Previous experience in sales roles or in a Certification Body or consultancy (preferred).Fluent in English.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Office applications.Skills:Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to interact successfully with internal and external customers and report to management.Proficiency with business software including word processing, spreadsheets, email, project management, and resource planning tools.Additional Information:Travel:Required (Italy)To learn more about Eurofins, please explore our website.#J-*****-Ljbffr
