In job, Career Center di Bologna, selezionaSERVICE & TECHNICAL SPECIALIST ICTper primaria realtà operante nel settore trasportiMansioniGestione e amministrazione dei sistemi aziendali, monitoring, manutenzione, troubleshooting, anche in collaborazione con fornitori esterni;Supporto e risoluzione problematiche utenti sia per gli aspetti hardware, software che applicativi;Redigere, aggiornare e manutenere la documentazione tecnica;Gestire l'attività dei fornitori nel proprio perimetro di competenza, nell'ambito dei rapporti contrattualizzati di manutenzione ed assistenza ai sistemi;Gestione e monitoraggio real-time degli strumenti di supervisione e logging ICT e di CyberSecurity;RequisitiEsperienza di almeno due anni nella mansionePatente BBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseLaurea triennale in Informatica o Ingegneria Informatica o Diploma di scuola superiore di tipo tecnico con comprovata esperienza;Buona conoscenza delle principali componenti Hardware e software di personal computer, stampanti, smartphone e tablet;Conoscenza di base dei concetti di networking/DNS/DHCP;Conoscenza di base di Cyber SecurityConoscenza dei principi di base di MS Active Directory;Caratteristiche dell'offertaContratto: scopo assunzione direttaLuogo di lavoro: Aeroporto di BolognaDisponibilità oraria: Lavoro su turni h24 per presidio. Non sono previste trasferte ma occasionali brevi spostamenti in zone adiacenti al lavoro
