OverviewWe are a fast-growing HR tech startup in Italy.Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI.In today's evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments, and their importance will only continue to grow.Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.ResponsibilitiesLead customer journey (renewals, upselling, cross-selling)Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and renewalUnderstand client goals and use cases to maximize value realization and product engagementCollect, analyze, and share user feedback and data insights to support continuous product improvementCollaborate closely with Product, Sales teams to align on client expectations and deliverablesCreate and maintain documentation and reports on customer usage, outcomes, and KPIsWhat we're looking forMust-have:At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success / Account ManagementPrevious experience in team coordination or leadership within a customer-facing environmentStrong understanding of HR processes, soft skills assessment, and / or digital transformation in organizationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProactive and structured approach to managing multiple clients and prioritiesStrong analytical mindset with attention to detailLanguages: Italian and English (at least C1)Nice to have:Experience with AI-driven HR tools, People Analytics, or Learning & Development platformsFamiliarity with data reporting tools and feedback loopsProficiency in French, German, Spanish will be considered a plusWhat we offerCompetitive salary based on your experience, €8 daily meal voucher, corporate laptop & phoneA collaborative, purpose-driven culture where your ideas shape the future of work.DetailsSeniority level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment type : Full-timeIndustries : Software Development#J-*****-Ljbffr
