Per storica AZIENDA di MEDIE DIMENSIONI leader nel proprio settore operativo a livello globale con partner distributivi locali e un footprint industriale basato su supply chain complessa, ricerchiamo:RESPONSABILE RISORSE UMANE – BABY WELLNESS – VICENZAIl candidato a diretto riporto della DIREZIONE GENERALE assumerà la piena responsabilità della GESTIONE e SVILUPPO delle risorse umane aziendali.Nel contesto specifico il candidato dovrà supportare la popolazione aziendale composta da oltre 100 persone ( 40% blu collar e 60% white collar) nell'intero ciclo di vita del dipendente: ricerca e selezione del personale, on-boarding, rilevazione presenze, contrattualistica, rapporti con il consulente del lavoro, budgeting, piani di formazione ed incentivazione.Nel delicato processo di gestione delle risorse umane, un ottimo HR Business Partner sviluppa competenze al contempo hard e soft .Il candidato ideale ha maturato una precedente esperienza in contesti STRUTTURATI e MULTINAZIONALI caratterizzati da un approccio moderno alle logiche di gestione e sviluppo delle risorse umane: TALENT ACQUISITION & RETENTION, EMPLOYER BRANDING, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, COACHING, SISTEMI DI VALUTAZIONE DELLE PRESTAZIONI.Coerentemente ai moderni approcci HRBP assumerà la piena responsabilità del budget delle funzioni presidiate e avrà una stretta e diretta relazione con i manager delle funzioni con l'intento di valorizzare gli investimenti nelle risorse umane.Necessaria ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e ottima dimestichezza con Excel.Preferibile precedente esperienza nella gestione dei rapporti sindacali.Supporto alla Direzione generale nell'intero processo delle Risorse Umane in tutte le sue fasi;Pianificazione del fabbisogno organizzativo;Gestione del processo di recruiting;Gestione dei piani di incentivazione e piani di budget di recruiting, formazione e consulenze esterne;Rapporti con sindacati e consulenti del lavoro per mansioni amministrative.Lingua inglese ottima;~ Laurea e percorso formativo integrativo strutturato coerente con le competenze HR.COSA OFFRIAMO: Contratto a tempo indeterminato, RAL commisurata all'esperienza + MBO.MODULO Group Autorizzazione Ministero del lavoro e delle politiche sociali n 13/I/ del 11/06/2010.
