Execute hands-on AI experimentation, evaluating existing AI technologies. Deliver AI-driven solutions by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and enhancement of existing workflows and systems. Manage the integration of AI technologies into enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity with IT infrastructure, automation tools, and business applications. Define and maintain prompt engineering best practices, optimizing AI model interactions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
Evaluate and recommend new AI technologies and frameworks, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and strategic adoption. Build and maintain cross-functional relationships, aligning AI solutions with business needs and technical capabilities. Define and manage AI integration processes, ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of AI-powered solutions across the organization. Accountable for driving AI strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and technology advancements.
Develop and oversee AI-related training and enablement initiatives, supporting teams in effectively leveraging AI tools and methodologies in alignment with I&T. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in the field of AI, Automation or RPA. Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in geographically dispersed teams. Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
