Sales Manager – ItalyLeap29 are seeking a Sales Manager to join our client's growing team in Milan.You'll play a key role in driving the commercial strategy across solar PV, energy efficiency, and BESS projects throughout Italy.This role offers the opportunity to build strategic partnerships, lead proposal development, and secure new projects that deliver both technical and financial success.Our client is an established player in the decentralised energy market, committed to accelerating the energy transition through innovative, sustainable solutions.Maintain a strong project pipeline to achieve quarterly sales objectives.Support the commercial team in building strategic partnerships and developing new market channels.Contribute to annual sales planning and forecasting.Collaborate on branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (or Economics as an alternative).~3+ years' experience in a commercial or sales role within the decentralised energy sector (B2B).~ Understanding of business plans, project finance, and long-term contract structures.~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.~ Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally abroad.~ Fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency.~ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
