Who We Are We are Iveco Group , a global company powered by unique people and brands, united by our mission to build a more sustainable society.Our diversified business portfolio includes a full range of commercial and specialty vehicles, as well as complete powertrain solutions.Each of our brands is a leader in its respective field.Who We're Looking ForFinancial Services Treasury FP&AWithin the Treasury Financial Services function, the role oversees Financial Planning, Reporting and OperationsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Treasury FS FP&A 's main responsibilities will include :Financial Planning and ReportingAnalyzing current and past financial data and performancePreparing reports and projections based on this analysisIdentifying trends in financial performance and recommendations for improvementAnalyzing current and past trends in cash management, cost of funding, processing interest calculation of funding transactionsProduce and maintain Key Performance Indicators, including Intersegment balance, and perform variance analysis, analyzing causes of unexpected varianceOverseeing and managing the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools, in coordination with Finance FS and central Treasury functionsReporting also includes the presentation of treasury results and projections in weekly / monthly / quarterly meetings, such as liquidity calls, ALM Committee, monthly MOR FS and Funding MonitorsConstant interactions with other Treasury and Finance functions on the regular update of liquidity estimates and actual / forecast reportingTreasury Operations, FSManagement of bank accounts : liaising with relevant banks for the opening, closing, on-going management and KYCEquity changes (capital injections, dividend distributions) : coordination of the entire process, from drafting of proposal to approval and executionSetup of intercompany loans / deposits, in coordination with central Treasury functionFX risk : performance of relevant checks regarding exposure and hedging, in coordination with Finance and Treasury front-officeDue diligence for compliance with FACTA / CRS regulationsWhat We OfferAt Iveco Group, we care about our people professionally and personally.We offer a wide range of benefits to support your career and well-being :Wellness programs and preventive health coverage.Discounts on dental and vision care.Flexible work policies.Opportunities for personal and professional development.This position is open to both internal and external candidates.#J-*****-Ljbffr
