Company OverviewNACOS Marine is a global leader in maritime navigation, automation, and control systems.With decades of expertise and a strong technology portfolio, we deliver solutions that make vessel operations safer, smarter, and more efficient.Our teams across the world support shipowners, shipyards, and integrators with high-quality engineering and service delivery.Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveProject Manager (m/f/d)to join our team in Diano d'Alba.In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and reporting of Automation & Service projects, ensuring alignment between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.You will play a key part in project execution from kick-off through handover, supporting documentation, communication, and follow-up activities across the project lifecycle.This position requires strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.You will closely collaborate with the AUT Service Project team, Field Service teams, customers, and class societies.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain reporting documentation for both customer and supplier activitiesUpdate weekly GANTT schedules and conduct bi-weekly EAC (Estimate at Completion) follow-upsSupport class register documentation and practicesFacilitate communication with customers and coordinate activities accordinglyPrepare structured technical and commercial reports, including negotiation support for Extra OrdersConduct internal reporting and handover preparation for the warranty departmentCoordinate technicians in collaboration with the AUT Service Project team and Field Service teamsLead project kick-off meetings and provide daily updates to customersEnsure structured documentation and adherence to project requirements throughout executionKey RequirementsEducational background: Scientific or Classical high-school diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics (preferred but not mandatory)Strong organisational skills with a structured and reliable work approachOpen-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented attitudeStrong interpersonal skills; able to interact across all organisational levels and build connectionsFluency in written and spoken EnglishComfortable working in a global environment and coordinating multiple stakeholdersHigh level of initiative, accountability, and motivation to reach project goalsWhy join us?At NACOS Marine, we empower people to take ownership and drive innovation.We embrace collaboration, continuous learning, and authenticity, creating an environment where every voice matters and everyone can grow.Join us to help deliver cutting-edge automation and service solutions and shape the future of smarter maritime operations.We'd love to hear from you.Please submit your application today, and we'll be in touch soon.#J-*****-Ljbffr
