Proactivity and Reliability, Kindful collaboration and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest growing B2B scale-ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.??We are looking forWe are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive - Dutch Speaking (m/f/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success Team.Your role in BizAwayAs a Customer Success Executive, you will manage a portfolio of BizAway clients in the BENELUX market, ensuring they are onboarded successfully, adopt the platform, renew contracts, and expand their usage.Your main responsibilities will be:Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunitiesDeliver seamless onboarding by tailoring BizAway's onboarding resources (guides, webinars, playbooks, training sessions) to each client's needsTrack client health through usage data, dashboards, and NPS/CSAT surveys; anticipate risks and mitigate churnDrive adoption of BizAway's platform, ensuring clients maximize value from our solutionsProactively identify and act on upsell opportunities to expand client usage and revenueCollaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client experience and bring client feedback into the businessProactively suggest actions and campaigns to improve the customer journey and enhance growthYour basic qualificationsFluent in English and Dutch1+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or a client-facing roleComfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and client dashboardsProactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-changing environmentStrong communication skills and a client-first mindsetWe are also interested inExperience in SaaS, Travel Tech, or fast-growing scale-upsExperience managing a large volume of B2B clientsAdditional language capabilitiesOur offer? Salary: Starting from level 3rd level and above, with a salary range of €30,000-€35,000 in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).??
