As a Group, we built up a reputation as a long-term partner by offering our know-how in communications, sales and brand building for a selection of renowned international sports brands like Under Armour, Fischer, Barts, Falke and others.As a Purchasing Specialist for our Distributed Brands you are responsible for the set up and management of product master data, for purchase planning execution and for the management of purchase orders issued to international suppliers.Tasks & responsibilitesManagement of products' master data in the ERP systemManagement of planning and purchasing processes for the assigned brandsIssuing and managing purchase orders according to the agreed commercial conditions in line with the Purchasing CoordinatorControl of the supply chain in order to guarantee that purchased products are delivered with the expected quality, quantity and on time in order to satisfy customers demandConstant and close relationship with our Vendors to build and improve our partnership with strong focus on Processes and Operational ExcellenceOrganization of the pick-up and delivery of goods in collaboration with our logistics departmentMonitoring costs of supplies, performance of the supplier and calculation of any penalties for breach of contractProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a similar fieldPreferably previous experience in similar positions / functions (logistics, supply chain, planning)Very good Italian & English skills, German is an advantageAttention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsProficient use of MS Excel and pivot sheetsKnowledge of Navision and/or Business Central is considered a plusWorkplace:Bolzano, ITIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now
