As a Senior Architect Designer specializing in hospitality/commercial/residential design, you will lead and oversee the design process from concept to completion.Your expertise and passion for creating captivating, functional, and inviting spaces will be instrumental in shaping the guest experience within hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality venues.You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to bring your design visions to life, ensuring exceptional quality and creativity in every project.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualization and development of interior design concepts that align with the client's vision and project goals.All phases: conceptual design, design, development, construction planning, site managemenDevelop mood boards, sketches, and design proposals to convey your ideas effectively.Build and maintain strong relationship with Design Director by understanding their needs and ensuring that design solutions meet and exceed their expectations.Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends, products, and sustainable design practices.Coordinate with other teams involved in projects, providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design details and specifications.Guidance of Junior Architects to create an atmosphere of learning and development.Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:Bachelor or Master degree in Interior Design / Architecture5+ years of experience in hospitality/commercial/residential projectsA portfolio of previous project experience in hospitality, F&B and other lifestyle projectsAutoCad, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Adobe IllustratorTo be successful in the role you should also have:Strong conceptualization and presentation skillsStrong sense of design flair and love of artStrong sense of responsibilityAbility to meet tight project deadlinesProven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyA portfolio showcasing a diverse range of hospitality/commercial/residential design projects.Collaborative and enjoy working in team environmentsPT Mirah Global Investment, trading under the title 'Mirah Invesment & Development', is the leading property developer in Bali with over 16 years of experience.We are committed to delivering world-class real estate throughout the Indonesian archipelago.With a steadfast commitment to quality, we have helped thousands of homeowners and investors access exceptional real estate in one of the world's most popular and sought-after island destinations.From luxury residences, 5-star resorts, and smart villas, to prime land and commercial spaces – Mirah Property Group is a true expert in sourcing, developing, and delivering exceptional properties.#J-*****-Ljbffr
