You maintain, install, and upgrade our fleet of packaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You assist customers during the post-sales phase, resolving technical issues and breakdowns, and actively promote our equipment, Smart Services, and Spare Parts to support our financial goals.You collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Systems & Integration and Application Engineers—to share field insights and ensure seamless communication across projects. You also lead or contribute to specific service projects, analyze equipment performance data, and ensure all activities comply with safety and operational standards.Why do we need you?To keep our equipment running at its best.You'll provide expert maintenance, installation, and upgrades for our fleet and partner equipment, ensuring customers experience minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.To understand and respond to customer needs.You'll evaluate customer expectations and plan service activities that meet their goals.
