OverviewSiamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior Consultant in ambito Workday con una solida esperienza in progetti Greenfield maturata all'interno di società di consulenza.Il/la candidato/a ideale entrerà in un ambiente dinamico dove potrà crescere lavorando su progetti innovativi e sfidanti.Il Tuo Contributo In Questo RuoloLa risorsa contribuirà al successo della nostra practice, portando competenze specialistiche, visione strategica e capacità di execution su progetti complessi.Sarà un punto di riferimento sia per i clienti sia per i colleghi, con un impatto diretto sull'evoluzione dell'offerta e sul posizionamento della nostra organizzazione nel mercato Workday.Il Profilo IdealeEsperienza: 7–10 anni in ambito HR/HRIS, con almeno 4–6 anni su progetti Workday end-to-end.Leadership: capacità di guidare stream progettuali, coordinare team e fare mentoring ai colleghi.Soft skill: comunicazione efficace, pensiero consulenziale, problem solving, orientamento al cliente.Processi HR: conoscenza solida dei processi Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence/Time.Piattaforma Workday: certificazioni attive e autonomia nella configurazione e gestione del tenant.Strumenti Workday: familiarità con Reporting avanzato, EIB, Workday Studio e integrazioni base.Delivery: capacità di gestire workshop, raccolta requisiti, design, test e post-go-live.Practice development: contributo alla strategia, creazione di asset e attività di pre-sales.Lingua inglese: livello fluente (B2+), utile per contesti internazionali e certificazioni.Nice to haveConoscenza di SAP SuccessFactors e capacità di confronto tra piattaforme HR cloud.Sede di lavoroSede di lavoro:Milano, Roma, Napoli#J-*****-Ljbffr
