Voor een klant in Marke (Kortrijk) zoeken wij een Productie Manager.OmschrijvingAls Productiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productiegebeuren.Je waakt over kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid, en je stuurt een team van 20 arbeiders aan.Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in het digitaliseren en optimaliseren van onze productieprocessen.Taken- Dagelijkse operationele aansturing van het productieteam.- Organiseren, opvolgen en optimaliseren van de productieplanning.- Nauwe samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie met de planningsverantwoordelijke om te garanderen dat bestellingen tijdig klaarstaan voor montage.- Meewerken aan de digitalisering van de productie, inclusief implementatie van nieuwe tools en systemen.- Zorgen voor een efficiënt en kwalitatief gebruik van ons machinepark.- Ondersteunen van verbeterprojecten en meewerken aan continue procesoptimalisatie.- Contact onderhouden met leveranciers voor onderhoud en technische ondersteuning.- Rapporteren aan de directie over productie KPI's, planning en verbeteracties.Vereisten- Ervaring als productiemanager of leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving.- Aantoonbare ervaring in de maatindustrie.- Sterk in organisatie, planning en people management.- Technisch inzicht en goede kennis van productieprocessen en machinepark.- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, vooral richting planning en montage.- Hands-on mentaliteit en betrouwbaar probleemoplossend vermogen.- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans.- Nice to have: kennis van aluminium/metaal productie, kennis van CNC-machines en basis elektriciteit, ervaring met digitale productie-oplossingen, MES-systemen of automatisatieprojecten.Voordelen- Een uitdagende functie in een groeiend en innovatief bedrijf.- De kans om actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere digitalisering en modernisering van onze productie.- Autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid binnen jouw domein.- Een competitief loonpakket in lijn met jouw ervaring en inzet.Gesprekken in kader van vacatures gaan door in onze 6 regionale kantoren.Gesprekken kunnen eveneens online via MS Teams georganiseerd worden.Bij Aures zijn wij trots om te beschikken over het WSE-kwaliteitslabel.Met het behalen van ditcertificaat voldoen wij aan de voorwaarden opgelegd door het beleidsdomein Werk en SocialeEconomie van de Vlaamse overheid.#J-*****-Ljbffr
