Colgate-Palmolive Company is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries, specialising in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition.Job SummaryThe Demand Planner is responsible for managing the demand planning process for 1–2 product categories, ensuring alignment between commercial plans and supply plans, and driving continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesBuild Collaborative Demand Plan – interact with commercial teams to gather customer plans and other demand inputs, determine deviations from statistical plans, and document key assumptions.Synchronize Supply & Demand – ensure alignment of the final demand plan with the supply plan.Identify & communicate supply risks, opportunities, constraints and potential solutions.Support New Product Planning & Life-Cycle Planning – manage pipeline volume and first six months of demand for new products, track shipments vs. assumptions, and communicate SKU performance.Measure & Track Performance – report and drive improvement of demand planning processes and results.Communicate & Manage Demand – monitor orders and shipments, identify significant changes and facilitate Fast Track process.Lead Change Management & Continuous Improvement – participate in demand planning initiatives and implement communication of changes.Review Demand Plan – prepare and participate in the monthly CBP discipline process to develop an aligned demand plan, identify gaps and opportunities.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Administration.3–4 years of category, demand, or production planning experience with logistics or supply-chain exposure.Strong communication skills at all organisational levels.Experience with SAP and APO; advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.Fluency in Italian and English.Additional InformationLocation: Rome, Italy.Visa: Not sponsored.Employment type: Full-time.Colgate is an equal opportunity employer.Reasonable accommodation during the application process is available for persons with disabilities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
