Gruppo Multinazionale Estero con Plant produttivi in tutto il mondo, ricerca per uno stabilimento di circa 400 dip.un/a Demand Planner Specialist.La figura si occuperà di : Comunicazione front-office con clienti e team di vendita in merito a servizio, KPI e gestione della supply chain; Monitoraggio e controllo della corretta sincronizzazione e ottimizzazione tra programma di produzione, requisiti del cliente, piani di capacità e obiettivi di inventario/WC; Supporto nella gestione dei materiali e nella pianificazione della domanda; Implementazione delle best practice SCM relative agli accordi/contratti sul livello di servizio con clienti e fornitori ; Coordinamento proattivo nella riduzione dei tempi di consegna per soddisfare le aspettative dei clienti, gli accordi e gli obiettivi interni; Supporto al team Supply Chain nella risoluzione dei vincoli di domanda e offerta; Aggiornamento e utilizzo dei KPI relativi alla Supply Chain e dashboard/monitor dei clienti ; Collaborazione al miglioramento delle soluzioni SC (VMI, SMI...), dashboard KPI.Pensiamo a un laureato, triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia Aziendale o formazione similare con un inglese fluente e con esperienza nel settore della supply chain, preferibilmente in aziende B2B.Capacità di analisi dei dati, adattabilità e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e la conoscenza di Excel e strumenti IT , completano il profilo ricercato.La posizione prevede a regime 2 giorni di smart working a settimana e un percorso di crescita professionale.La sede di lavoro è facilmente raggiungibile dal casello di Breganze VI.
