Customer Care Operations Expert - Carate brianzaAzienda leader nel settore FMCGAziendaL'azienda, la cui sede principale è in Germania, vanta un'esperienza quarantennale nel settore dell'elettronica di consumo e degli elettrodomestici.OffertaLa risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento per il team Corporate in Germania e per il coordinamento dei partner esterni.Nello specifico, si occuperà di:Strutturare i forecast di volumi e definire i piani di staffaggio per i team di customer care esterniVerificare la corretta staffatura delle squadre esterne in base ai livelli di servizio attesi (SLA)Elaborare stime di budget e monitorare gli scostamenti rispetto ai targetMonitorare e analizzare performance qualitative e quantitative del call center esternoProgettare ed erogare training ai vendorCondurre analisi di criticità; gestire ed effettuare escalation con piani d'azione correttiviPreparare reportistica periodica e insight per lo Stakeholder ManagementCompetenze ed esperienzaLa risorsa ideale ha maturato un'esperienza minima di 5 anni nel ruolo.La conoscenza fluente dell'inglese rappresenta un requisito fondamentale.L'esperienza in customer care operations e/o vendor management in contesti BPO/Call Center è un plus.Completano il profilo: doti analitiche, orientamento ai dati e proattività.Completa l'offertaInserimento a tempo indeterminato.RAL: € ****** - € ****** + ticket di € 3.50.E' previsto lo smart working.#J-*****-Ljbffr
