Posizione:Product Specialist – Settore Biotech / ChimicoSede:Rovereto (TN) – è richiesta disponibilità al trasferimento per chi non ha un domicilio in TrentinoContratto:Tempo indeterminatoPer conto diY S.p.A., azienda attiva nello sviluppo di bioreattori innovativi, si ricerca un/a Product Specialist con background in Biotecnologie, Chimica o Ingegneria Chimica, ed esperienza nel settore dei bioprocessi.Responsabilità principaliGestione delle attività di product management, incluse specifiche tecniche, roadmap e coordinamento tra R&D, produzione e venditeProgettazione, validazione e messa in funzione di bioreattori pilota e industrialiSviluppo delle relazioni con clienti e partner tecnologici, con focus su esigenze tecniche e commercialiAnalisi dei feedback di mercato e proposta di miglioramenti e personalizzazioni dei sistemiSupporto tecnico nelle attività di pre e post venditaDisponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionaliRequisitiLaurea magistrale e preferibile dottorato in Biotecnologie, Chimica, Ingegneria Chimica o discipline affiniEsperienza nella gestione di processi industriali, in particolare nella gestione di bioreattoriOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlataCompetenze organizzative, orientamento al risultato, attitudine commerciale e problem-solvingRequisiti preferenzialiConoscenze di base relative all'applicazione dell'intelligenza artificiale nei processi produttivi (ottimizzazione, controllo di processo, analisi predittiva)Familiarità con approcci data-driven per il miglioramento dei bioprocessiSi offreInserimento in una realtà innovativa e in crescitaOpportunità di sviluppo professionale e formazione continua#J-*****-Ljbffr
