Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG.Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early ****s.Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins.Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.For our office in Milan we are looking for aMarketing Intern (m/f/x) full time.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketing Intern, you'll support the marketing team across a variety of activities, including:Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations for the Italian market and global initiativesSupporting communication efforts, including PR research, community outreach, and talent scoutingHelping manage social media channels by scheduling content, tracking performance, and contributing to creative developmentCoordinating logistics for photo and video shoots, including sourcing teams, managing samples, and organizing travelContributing to administrative tasks such as reporting, budget tracking, and meeting coordinationAdditional responsibilities may be assigned based on your interests, initiative, and involvement in ongoing projects.We value curiosity and a proactive mindset—this internship is designed to grow with you.Your ProfileDegree in Marketing, Communication, or related fieldGreat knowledge, deep connection and understanding of subcultures, specifically music, skate, artKeen interest in digital and social media; up to date with tech trendsProficient in MS Office and Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is considered a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsFluent in EnglishMilan basedYour LocationMilan / Italy
