The OrganisationOur client is a well-established processing and exporting business that have operated in Mallacoota for over 50 years and become a leading employer in the town.They have recently upgraded their production facilities and have an industry leading processing facility which has expanded their export market opportunities.They work closely with their suppliers ensuring reliable and timely supply of product for their facility.About the RoleDue to an internal change, they are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring the smooth operation of receiving, processing, packaging, despatch and transport of their products.You will also:Supervise staff, delegating tasks and monitor productivity in the multi-shift environmentOversee ordering of packaging and input products to assist with processing requirementsBe responsible for training and monitoring of all workplace health and safety regulationsEnsure the site is maintained to the highest of standards from a cleanliness and quality assurance perspective.The PersonTo be successful in this role, you will have experience managing an operational team, ideally in a Food Processing or regulated industry which has developed your quality standards and productivity requirements skills.You will have experience managing a team of people, be comfortable assigning tasks and have developed communication skills to ensure productivity monitoring is maintained and adhered to.You will be a natural problem solver, and be comfortable jumping into any role to assist with the day to day running of a facility.You will have a forklift or medium rigid licence, and suitable administration skills.#J-*****-Ljbffr
