We are Stone IslandStone Island is a defiantly independent community.Since our founding in ****, a shared mindset has driven us to become a globally recognized icon of independent spirit, leadership, and innovation.The Stone Island spirit is the foundation of the culture that we cherish and nurture every day.We provide you with the opportunity to build relationships that will shape your career, your life and our famiglia.The opportunity to follow your own compass.RoleDigital Content Coordinator – located at Stone Island HQ in Milan.TheDigital Content Coordinatoris responsible for organizing and coordinating content across digital touchpoints at global level.ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage the commercial and content calendar, ensuring a balance between brand storytelling and commerce-driven initiatives, with strong sensitivity to brand identity and narrative.Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to define content priorities and align digital activities with business objectives and brand positioning.Coordinate content strategy for campaigns, product launches, and key commercial moments, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and storytelling.Oversee newsletter strategy and copy briefs, ensuring editorial alignment with brand tone, campaigns, and commercial goals.Manage and structure all digital content within the DAM system, ensuring assets are efficiently organized, accessible, and strategically used across channels.Partner with merchandising to select content for digital marketing, balancing commercial needs and brand priorities.Support execution of new product launches, collection drops, and seasonal campaigns, including briefs for content creation and coordination with internal/external studios.Maintain and update website navigation and page structure, ensuring optimal balance between editorial storytelling and e-commerce functionality.Oversee the editorial and product copy process, from briefing to translation management.Design and oversee new website pages, maintaining brand consistency and supporting conversion-focused initiatives.Ensure website content is strategically merchandised, optimized across the purchase funnel, and aligned with both brand guidelines and commercial priorities.Lead content performance analysis and A/B testing, collaborating with analytics and marketing teams to identify insights and optimization opportunities.Monitor competitors and best-in-class digital experiences to identify content gaps, new opportunities, and innovative storytelling ideas.QualificationsBachelor's DegreeFluent in EnglishKnowledge of digital analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Content Square5-6 years of relevant Digital Content experienceOffice Package user (Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to use Commerce Cloud platform (SFCC) or alternative CMSPIM & Asset Management tools' knowledgeKnowledge of website usability/optimizationExcellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitudeAbility to handle several projects simultaneouslyAble to work with various internal departments and coordinate external partnersOur Shared ValuesAt Stone Island we aren't led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.Shared values we put into practice everyday to maintain our unique culture of relentless innovation.SELF RELIANCE | SOLIDARITY | ENGINEERING MINDSET | MATERIAL OBSESSIONIf you are ready to follow your compass with Stone Island, apply nowSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing, Public Relations, and Writing/EditingIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion#J-*****-Ljbffr
