OverviewDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoroEmpresas:Meliá Hotels InternationalJob SummaryTo manage properly all the activities related to F&B Hostess positionResponsibilitiesKeeps their work area tidy and clean with all the equipment and supplies required for the service, keeping menus and bill holders in good condition.Participates in briefings at the beginning of each shift to get information on dishes of the day, VIPs, groups, events, and general comments and sharing information.Consistently offers a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests and customers on arrival and departure, always with an impeccable posture and personal presentation.Greets customers with a nice smile and cordial greeting and leads them to their table.Responsible for taking reservations by phone, accurately noting customer data: name, time booked, number of diners, place where they are staying and telephone number.Ensure the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.QualificationsExcellent Interpersonal Skills and strong Public Relations AttitudeMust be fluent in English; other languages are preferredFlexibility, strong motivation and ambition for professional growth#J-*****-Ljbffr
