Chaberton Professionals, divisione di Chaberton Partners dedicata alla ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle and Top Management, per un nostro partner, società di consulenza che opera nei settori del Public Affairs, della strategia e regolamentazione, delle relazioni con i media e delle digital PR, di un Responsabile Public Affairs.Descrizione posizione: Il/la Responsabile Public Affairs guiderà progetti di advocacy istituzionale e stakeholder engagement per clienti attivi in settori regolamentati (energia, tech, healthcare, infrastrutture, ecc.).Sarà il punto di riferimento per la relazione con le istituzioni e si occuperà della creazione, sviluppo e gestione del team interno contribuendo alla definizione delle strategie di posizionamento pubblico e di policy.Principali responsabilità: Progettare e implementare strategie di public affairs e advocacy presso istituzioni italiane ed europee; Monitorare e analizzare scenari politico-istituzionali e processi legislativi/regolatori; Coordinare attività di lobbying, drafting di policy paper, position paper, briefing istituzionali; Supportare losviluppo business dell'area Public Affairs e contribuire alla gestione dei clienti strategici; Supervisionare risorse junior e garantire la qualità delle delivery.Requisiti: Laurea in Scienze Politiche, Giurisprudenza, Relazioni Internazionali o affini; Reale esperienza in Public Affairs o Institutional Relations, maturata in società di consulenza, aziende o associazioni di categoria; Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di relazioni istituzionali con interlocutori di alto livello, inclusi Ministri e C-levels; Ottima conoscenza del funzionamento delle istituzioni italiane ed europee; Solida capacità di scrittura e analisi policy/regolatoria; Esperienza nella gestione autonoma di clienti e nella costruzione di relazioni strategiche.
