Per realtà nostra cliente, filiale italiana di un gruppo multinazionale riferimento nel proprio settore, stiamo ricercando un/a REWARD MANAGER che, a riporto dell'HR Services & Industrial Relations Director, avrà la responsabilità di garantire la coerenza, la competitività e la sostenibilità dei sistemi retributivi e di riconoscimento a livello locale, in stretta connessione con le linee guida globali del Gruppo.In dettaglio, principali responsabilità:- Definire, implementare e monitorare le politiche retributive, i sistemi di incentivazione e i processi di revisione salariale, assicurando coerenza interna e competitività esterna - Garantire l'analisi e il benchmark delle retribuzioni rispetto al mercato, in collaborazione con le funzioni HR globali e i provider esterni - Gestire i processi annuali di salary review, bonus e long-term incentive - Fornire supporto consulenziale e operativo ai business leader e ai partner HR su tutte le tematiche Reward & Compensation - Contribuire alla definizione di strategie di Total Reward integrate, con attenzione al benessere, all'engagement e alla retention - Presidiare la parte operativa legata a sistemi e tool di compensation, garantendo l'affidabilità dei dati e il rispetto delle tempistiche globali - Gestire la relazione con stakeholder interni (HRBP, Finance, Direzione Generale) ed esterni (società di consulenza, provider, auditor)Requisiti:- Laurea in discipline economiche o giuridiche - Solida esperienza nel ruolo (almeno 5/7 anni) maturata in contesti multinazionali o in società di consulenza - Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi di job grading e benchmark retributivi - Ottima padronanza di Excel e strumenti analitici HR - Inglese fluente - Eccellenti capacità analitiche e organizzative - Disponibilità a trasferte all'esteroSede di lavoro: Milano.Previsto smart workingRAL indicativa: ******€ / ******€
