Synergie Italia SPA, Agenzia per il Lavoro, Filiale di Pomezia , cerca per un importante Multinazionale del settore Chimico Farmaceutico e Medical Device un/una CUSTOMER SPECIALIST che conosca il SAP (zona Roma Eur) – replacement maternity Posizione lavorativa e responsabilità: La risorsa inserita si occuperà di svolgere attività di : - Fornire assistenza telefonica (in/out) informativa ai clienti su richieste di livello amministrativo (reclami, fatturazione etc) e attività di back office rispondendo alle email di clienti, italiani ed esteri, - Interfacciarsi con i clienti Enti pubblici (ospedali, centri diagnostici, asl ecc...) e Privati, nella gestione degli ordini dei dispositivi medici, che vengono forniti in leasing o comodato d'uso.- Registrare ed inserire gli ordini e la fatturazione a sistema tramite SAP; -Preparare la documentazione informativa dei prodotti collaborando con il Quality; -Gestire problematiche relative agli ordini di acquisto dei clienti e fornire supporto nella gestione di eventuali reclami amministrativi o richieste di reso (ove previsto) e note di credito; - Assistere i clienti nelle richieste di intervento manutentivo, ordinarie e straordinarie, dei dispositivi medicali in loco; - Verificare tramite il SAP le giacenze e le scorte in magazzino dei dispositivi e degli ordini, compilare i documenti di trasporto per le spedizioni del materiale e registrare i collaudi delle apparecchiature con un monitoraggio logistico delle spedizioni.-Fornire supporto alla Sales Force e ai Commerciali per le richieste e gli ordini effettuati, alla Customer Service ed ai Clienti per la risoluzione di problematiche, in lingua italiana e straniera .-Garantire il rispetto della politica di qualità e delle procedure di sistema segnalando tempestivamente i problemi di non conformità per mantenere un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente; Il/La candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - Diploma o Laurea in Economia o Scienze della Comunicazione; -1 o 2 anni di esperienza minima in contesti strutturati pharma, healtcare, medical device.- Conoscenza e manualità del SAP/S4Hana ed Excel avanzato -Livello intermedio/avanzato di lingua inglese - Orientamento alla Customer Satisfaction Si offre un iniziale contratto a tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità fino a Maggio-Giugno , con possibilità di prosecuzione tramite proroghe legate all'assenza.Orario Full-Time dal Lunedì al Venerdì con ingresso flessibile Modalità di lavoro ibrida con 1 giorno di SW a settimana CCNL Chimico-farmaceutico L.
