Lechler S.p.A. – Territory Sales Manager – LazioLechler S.p.A., azienda leader italiana di respiro internazionale, per il rafforzamento della rete commerciale e crescita del brand Chrèon, incentrato sul mondo dei prodotti vernicianti per Interni, è alla ricerca di un Territory Sales Manager / Sales Agent con esperienza nella vendita di vernici per il settore dell'edilizia, con operatività nel territorio del LAZIO.La risorsa, a riporto dell'Area Sales Manager, interagirà con clienti trade, imbianchini ed imprese di verniciatura per promuovere i nostri progetti colore (Color Trainer, Color Design).Responsabilità chiaveGestione del processo di vendita nelle aree di competenza con contatto diretti verso clienti tradeCollaborazione al processo di vendita con attuazione delle politiche commerciali e sviluppo del business attraverso la promozione tecnica dei prodotti, in accordo con le indicazioni aziendali;Collaborazione alle attività di post-vendita, con supporto ai clienti della zona di competenza in presenza di problematiche o necessità legate all'applicazione dei prodotti vernicianti;Gestione e fidelizzazione della clientela esistente;Autonomia nella presentazione tecnica dei prodotti e nell'assistenza agli applicatori;Creazione del reporting delle attività attraverso l'utilizzo del CRM.RequisitiEsperienza nel settore dell'edilizia;Conoscenza del mercato retail specializzato (colorifici, ferramenta, rivendite di edilizia leggera o edili);Conoscenze informatiche pacchetto office e predisposizione all'utilizzo di CRM;Spiccate doti relazionali, propensione al cambiamento e spirito di iniziativa;Flessibilità, autonomia e organizzazione;Diploma di scuola superiore.Preferibilmente residenza in Lazio.#J-*****-Ljbffr
