Business Unit Director Italy (m/f/x) - Pharma No search mandate, no further information.We have only published this position on our Executive Job Board EC | Healthcare.Please apply directly via link provided.What Your Day To Day Will Look LikeDevelopment of short- and long-term commercial plans, including budgeting and forecastingAnalysis of business performance, including profitability, revenue, pricing, and cost of goods soldManagement of budgets, expenses, pricing, and commercial arrangements in alignment with the Country ManagerLeading role in advising on pricing strategies for commercial contractsSupport of the Sales and Marketing departments through analysis of commercial opportunitiesPreparation of financial and commercial models to assess the future profitability of identified opportunitiesLeadership and supervision of the Sales Force and Marketing teamProactive involvement in resolving commercial issues as they ariseEnsuring compliance with the provisions of the Law on Medicinal ProductsMember of the Chief Executive Team of AOP Orphan Pharmaceuticals Italy S.r.l.Your Qualifications and ExperienceUniversity degree in Business, Economics, or Life Sciences; MBA preferred10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech with P&L responsibilityProven expertise in commercial planning, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiationStrong leadership experience managing Sales Force and Marketing teamsSolid knowledge of the Italian pharmaceutical market, including AIFA processes, tendering, and compliance requirementsExcellent analytical, financial, and communication skills; fluent in Italian and English*always in the sense of m/f/xPlease refer to EC | Healthcare when applying directly.#J-*****-Ljbffr
