Join ARAG S.r.l. – A Global Leader in Precision Farming SolutionsARAG S.r.l. designs, manufactures, and supplies advanced components and systems for crop spraying, weed control, and crop protection, serving the Precision Farming sector.With a strong foundation in research, technological innovation, sustainability, and a people-centric approach, ARAG has become one of the leading global players in agricultural technology.Founded in **** in Rubiera (Reggio Emilia), ARAG is part ofNordson Corporation(Nasdaq: NDSN), serving as itsPrecision Agriculture Division (PAG) .You'll join a fast-growing, internationally recognized organization committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration.The RoleAs aCustomer Service Specialist, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Service team, managing the entire order fulfillment process and ensuring timely and effective responses to customer requests.Your role will be key in delivering a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging relationships with assigned international customers within the EMEA region.Collaborating with internal departments (production, administration, logistics, shipping, quality control) to meet customer requirements.Supporting the Sales team in operational customer management.Participating in organizing and managing internal and external company events.Entering and monitoring customer orders in the system.Managing after-sales activities: resolving issues related to shipping, products, complaints, returns, and warranties.Ensuring proper administrative management and maintain strong commercial relationships.Independent manage shipping activities: liaise with carriers, prepare documentation (packing lists, customs clearance, extra-EU shipments), and handle invoicing.Follow up on payment collection.Provide first-level technical support to customers in collaboration with the technical team.RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role (minimum 1-3 years).Master's degree in foreign Languages, preferably with a specialization in economics or business.Fluency inEnglishandGerman(mandatory requirement).Proficiency in an additional foreign language is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing tools.Strong teamwork skills, customer orientation, problem-solving ability, and results-driven mindset.What We OfferWe offer astimulating environmentwhereinnovation, collaboration and professional growth go hand in hand.Here, you'll enjoy thestability of a global leaderwhile working in an innovative company that is constantly evolving to meet the challenges of sustainable farming.Interested?If you're ready to be part of a passionate and inclusive team that's redefining the future of precision agriculture,apply online with your CV— and grow with us at Nordson PrecisionAgriculture.
