OverviewJoin to apply for theFP&A Traineerole atBuccellati.For our Milan HQ we are looking for a brilliant and enthusiastic FP&A Trainee who will support the FP&A Buccellati Team to ensure accurate data and financial reporting for all key stakeholders.The role will be involved in the consolidation of monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities, and will provide support during the financial planning and analysis process including budgeting, forecasting and preparation of ad hoc analyses.Key ResponsibilitiesConsolidate monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.Support financial planning and analysis processes: budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis preparation.Provide support to the FP&A team in the delivery of qualitative and accurate financial information, covering:Quarterly financial planning (budgets and latest estimate preparation).Monthly management reporting.Financial performance analysis on KPI indicators (sales, margin, operating costs, capital expenditures, cash contribution) on a monthly basis and ad hoc.QualificationsBachelor/Master degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or Economics.Modelling skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Solid finance theoretical background and mindset, with knowledge of international accounting principles.Prior experience or traineeship in similar finance positions is a plus.Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, Anaplan is considered a plus.Ability to multi-task, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple projects and activities.Ability to work effectively as a team member with a good level of proactivity.Robust analytical skillset, with attention to detail and a high sense of curiosity.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive, confident, motivated, trustworthy and reliable.Fluency (spoken and written) in English; Italian is a plus.Application ProcessApply online.If your profile matches our search, the HR team will contact you for a first exploratory interview.Otherwise, you will receive an e-mail informing you that we will not proceed.If the first interview is successful, you will meet the Head of FP&A and the Head of HR.Employment DetailsSeniority level: InternshipEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherIndustrial sector: Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry#J-*****-Ljbffr
