Buccellati is an Italian jewellery, high-jewellery and silversmithing Maison founded in 1919, admired in the world for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. Today, the Buccellati jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the goldsmithing traditions of the Italian "bottega" of the Renaissance times.

The Maison's unrelenting desire to create objects of rare beauty has made Buccellati renowned in the world for a style that is distinct, inimitable and imbued with sophisticated Milanese heritage, at once glamourous and contemporary.

The Maison has been part of the global luxury group Richemont since September 2019 and the Buccellati family is still present in the Company to perpetuate its style and unparalleled craftsmanship tradition.

For our Milan HQ, we are looking for a brilliant and enthusiastic FP&A Trainee who will provide support to the FP&A Buccellati Team to ensure data and financial reporting is accurate for all key stakeholders.

The role will be involved in consolidation of the monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.

She/he will provide support during the financial planning and analysis process including budgeting and forecasting, preparation of ad hoc analyses and supporting material.

Do you match this profile?

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Modelling skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Solid finance theoretical background and mindset, with knowledge of international accounting principles
  • Prior experience or traineeship gained in similar positions in Finance departments is a plus
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, Anaplan is considered as a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple projects and activities
  • Able to effectively work as a team member with a good level of proactivity
  • A robust analytical skillset, with attention to detail and high sense of curiosity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, confident, motivated, trustworthy and reliable
  • Fluency (spoken and written) in English; Italian would be considered as a plus

What do we expect from you?

  • Provide support to FP&A team in the delivery of qualitative and accurate financial information to support action plans, in the area of:
  • Quarterly Financial planning (Budgets and Latest Estimate preparation processes);
  • Monthly Management reporting;
  • Financial performance analysis on KPI indicators (sales, margin, operating costs, capital expenditures, cash contribution) on monthly basis and ad/hoc;
