Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo AI che abbia maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza su progetti strutturati e tecnicamente sfidanti.Responsabilità principaliProgettare e realizzare moduli AI avanzati: LLM integration, fine-tuning, RAG, agenti, pipeline dati, toolchain per explainability e safety.Sviluppare PoC rapidi e scalabili per progetti clienti e asset proprietari.Lavorare a stretto contatto con il Direttore del Centro AI per definire scelte tecniche, standard e architetture.Collaborare con il team di sviluppo nelle fasi di industrializzazione, mantenendo il focus sull'innovazione.Integrare modelli AI in applicazioni cloud, microservizi e API.Supportare la documentazione tecnica e la produzione dei deliverable R&S.Gestire, quando necessario, interlocuzioni tecniche con partner (es.
