Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroTecnico After Sales / After Sales EngineerSede: Reggio EmiliaAzienda: Importante realtà industriale strutturata e in crescitaDescrizione della posizionePer il potenziamento della funzione After Sales, ricerchiamo una figura ibrida tra tecnico e sales, capace di coniugare competenze tecniche, visione di processo e orientamento al cliente.La risorsa sarà un punto di riferimento per i clienti nella fase post-vendita, contribuendo alla soddisfazione del cliente e allo sviluppo del business After Sales.Responsabilità principaliGestione tecnica delle richieste post-vendita (assistenza, ricambi, upgrade, contratti di servizio)Interfaccia diretta con clienti, area commerciale e ufficio tecnicoAnalisi delle esigenze del cliente e proposta di soluzioni tecniche ed economicheSupporto alla forza vendita nella fase di fidelizzazione e sviluppo del portafoglio clientiCoordinamento con produzione, logistica e service per garantire tempi e qualità di rispostaMonitoraggio KPI di servizio (tempi di risposta, marginalità, customer satisfaction)Contributo al miglioramento dei processi After SalesRequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria Gestionale (preferenziale) o Ingegneria Meccanica/ElettronicaEsperienza di almeno 2–3 anni in ruoli After Sales, Service, Technical Sales o Customer Service tecnicoBuona capacità di lettura di documentazione tecnicaAttitudine commerciale e orientamento al clienteOttime capacità comunicative e relazionaliBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseDisponibilità a sporadiche trasferteCompetenze chiaveApproccio analitico e orientamento ai processiCapacità di mediazione tra esigenze tecniche e commercialiMentalità consulenzialeProblem solving e gestione delle prioritàAttitudine al lavoro in team interfunzionaleCosa offre l'aziendaInserimento in una realtà solida e strutturataRuolo strategico e trasversalePercorso di crescita professionaleAmbiente dinamico e orientato al miglioramento continuoPacchetto retributivo competitivo commisurato all'esperienza#J-*****-Ljbffr
