Marketing Communication Multi-Brand JuniorFull-timeAs the preferred partner for window and door automation, SOMFY is committed to inspiring new and better ways of living for all.As a French, family-owned, and independent group, in continuous growth since our creation, we have been world leaders for 50 years and pioneers in home automation.Innovation continuously guides our work and guarantees the excellence of our solutions.We are present in 58 countries, with eight production sites and 17 R&D centers.We are deeply committed to the well-being of our 7,000 employees, we promote their sustainable employability by promoting internal mobility and developing their skills.We foster diversity and inclusion by building on our strong corporate culture.Mission: animate and support the execution of local marketing & communication initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience across multiple channels and campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing local marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channelsCreate engaging content for trade media and social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identitySupport the production of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, email newsletters, and promotional contentCoordinate with local media outlets, vendors, and community partners for advertising and promotional opportunitiesHelp organize and promote local events, sponsorships, and community engagement activitiesMonitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for optimizationMaintain the local marketing comm.calendar and ensure timely execution of planned activitiesAssist with photography and basic video content creation for marketing purposesRespond to local customer inquiries through social media and other communication channelsQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related rolesStrong written and verbal communication skills in local languageFluency in English is a must, Spanish or French is considered a plusBasic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with designtools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plusDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skillsCreative mindset with enthusiasm for storytelling and brand buildingFlexible and adaptable with a willingness to learnExcellent cooperation, listening & capacity to synthesizeTeamwork & Transversal group working abilityStrong understanding of the Customer & Market orientationGreat communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across various departmentsWillingness to travel to work directly with sales teams and understand the local marketThe protection of our candidates' personal data is a commitment of Somfy Group.We therefore ask any candidate to submit their application to us exclusively via our secure system, and not by email or postal.#J-*****-Ljbffr
