An important multinational company in the OTC pharma sector is looking for a Finance Business Partner for Italy for its headquarters in Rome.A Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between Finance and Business / Commercial operations. They provide financial insights that help drive strategic decisions and improve overall business performance.The role is reporting to the South-West Finance Director and is responsible for providing financial, strategic and analytical support to the Italian management team to ensure the right strategic decisions can be taken.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & Reporting – Producing reports (MBR) and pprovide analytical review of the business at brand, customer, channel level, but also on G2N and A&P levelStrategic Decision Support – Work with business teams to deliver P&L and DWC targets for Italy, offering insights to influence decision-making.Budgeting & Forecasting – Assisting in financial planning, including budgets (Plan) and forecasts (Flex and rolling forecast).- Performance Monitoring – Tracking business, ensuring key financial targets are met, evaluate risks and opportunities (R&O). Help to manage the R&Os and put in action plans to action/mitigate to R&O.- Stakeholder Collaboration – Building strong relationships with different departments to align financial goals with business objectives and be an ambassador driving self-service PBI (EDW) reportingQualifications & Profile:University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar10+ years' experience in Finance role, FP&A or similarDemonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsMust also possess strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to develop and maintain peer relationships and possess high standards of accuracy and precisionExperience in a large corporate environmentIT literate: ERP, expert Excel, BI toolsLanguage: English + Italian#J-*****-Ljbffr
