Equity Compensation Expert (Equity Focus) Join to apply for the Equity Compensation Expert (Equity Focus) role at ProductLife Group.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee and administer management investment and bonus programs at Product Life Group, focusing on the comprehensive management and execution of equity-based compensation plans – management share investment packages, free share awards, and bonus plans.The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact between leadership, HR, Finance, Legal, and the company's external law firm, ensuring full compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency.This role is also instrumental in helping Product Life Group streamline and structure its management participation, equity, and bonus administration processes.Key Responsibilities1. Program Oversight & AdministrationDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all components of the management package.Administer all operational aspects of equity and bonus plans — including documentation, grants, vesting, and reporting.Maintain an up-to-date individual shareholder tracker and communicate regularly with top management (CEO, Chief People Officer, and CFO) on shareholder evolution and key movements.Coordinate with the Legal Department and external lawyers on the onboarding and exit of shareholder employees, ensuring all transactions are compliant and properly documented.Liaise with the M&A team to collect and track retention and equity packages established during acquisitions and ensure their integration into group processes.2. Legal, Tax, and Compliance CoordinationCollaborate with internal Legal and external counsel to ensure all equity programs comply with relevant corporate, securities, and labor laws.For free share grants and similar equity instruments, analyze and determine the tax and payroll impacts for the company and communicate promptly with the Payroll and Finance departments to ensure correct reporting and processing.Act as the main point of contact during audits (tax, social security, or other regulatory reviews) related to management packages or equity programs.3. Process Optimization & GovernanceAssess and enhance existing processes to improve transparency, accuracy, and timeliness in all management package operations.Develop standardized templates, procedures, and communications for use across the organization.Implement or optimize tracking and reporting tools to facilitate real-time visibility and internal control.Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Committee and Board as needed.Manage and structure the group's bonus programs, including defining plan parameters, eligibility, performance criteria, and payout rules.Monitor bonus plan administration throughout the year, ensuring alignment with performance data, and liaise with Payroll and Finance teams to enable accurate and timely payout.4. Business IntegrationAnalyze existing compensation and incentive packages, identify differences or inconsistencies with Product Life Group's framework.Propose an alignment roadmap to ensure coherence and fairness across the organization.QualificationsExperience with Private Equity-backed companies.5+ years of experience in equity compensation administration, corporate governance, or financial management.Strong understanding of equity-based incentive plans, including tax and legal implications.Demonstrated experience working with legal counsel and managing complex documentation.Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with equity management systems or HRIS platforms is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Position DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Business Consulting and ServicesLocation: Milan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
