Risorse Professional, realtà specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di profili di middle e top management, per prestigioso broker assicurativo internazionale su Milano, ricerca un :M&A DirectorStrategy e OriginationIdentificare e valutare opportunità di acquisizione nel mercato italiano e collaborare con il team di vertice della Società per definire e concordare i termini con i potenziali obiettivi di acquisizione; Costruire un solido flusso di operazioni attraverso attività di networking nel settore, contatti diretti con i broker e collaborazione con consulenti specializzati.Deal ExecutionGuidare e coordinare l'intero processo di M&A : valuation, due diligence, negoziazione e closing; Gestire gli stakeholder interni ed esterni (sia nazionali che internazionali), inclusi consulenti legali, fiscali, finanziari e regolamentari; Preparare memorandum di investimento, modelli finanziari e presentazioni per il consiglio di amministrazione.Analisi di MercatoMonitorare le tendenze del mercato italiano dei broker assicurativi; Mantenere solide relazioni con operatori del settore, consulenti M&A e società di private equity.RequisitiAlmeno 6 anni di esperienza maturata presso Broker assicurativi o società di consulenza M&A o Investment Banking attive nel settore di riferimento; Esperienza pregressa nel buy & build M&A è considerata requisito preferenziale; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Sede di lavoro : Milano; SW 50%.#J-*****-Ljbffr
