Job Description The Data Ingestion & Quality Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring effective governance, management, and continuous improvement of reinsurance data flows from GEB Network Partners, focusing primarily on operational data ingestion, quality validation, and automation of processes.Main accountabilities1. Data Ingestion and Quality Assurance:Manage and oversee the ingestion of all data flows from Network Partners, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processingConduct thorough quality checks and validations to ensure accuracy and integrity of the reinsurance dataIdentify discrepancies, errors, and areas of improvement, proactively addressing issues to maintain high standards of data qualityCooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth data ingestion and keep aligned on progress and issues, and mitigation actions2. Continuous Improvement and Automation:Collaborate closely with IT teams to develop, implement, and maintain automated solutions for data ingestion and quality validation processesActively participate in process review sessions, providing insights and identifying opportunities to reduce manual tasks through digitization and automationContribute to defining requirements for enhancements to current data ingestion platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with operational objectivesDrive initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency through continuous feedback and active cooperation with IT stakeholders3. Network Partner Support:Serve as a primary point of contact for Network Partners regarding data ingestion requirements, processes, system access, and technical supportFacilitate effective communication and collaboration between Network Partners and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient data exchange processes4.
