Job descriptionFor our Plant in Parma, we are looking for a talented new graduate to join our HSE&E team.Job purposeThe purpose of the internship is to introduce you to Barilla by working alongside talented professionals to contribute to challenging, exciting, and rewarding projects into theHSE&E areaof Pedrignano Plant.More specifically, the person:Will support in ensuring the compliance of the Plant's Health, Safety, Environment and Energy management systems, as well as the Fire Protection systemsWill support in ensuring the management of control measures and HSEE audits, promoting a prevention-oriented culture in accordance with legal regulations and Group policiesWill support in ensuring the implementation and management of appropriate HSEE procedures, including the definition of related operating procedures and the identification of preventive and protective measuresWill support in monitoring and reporting HSEE performance indicators.Requirements• Master's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering (or similar studies)• Excellent academic background• Study or work experience abroad (nice to have)• Fluent English and Italian (mandatory)• Strong analytical skills• Strong organisational skills• Ability to communicate effectively• Ability to work in teamWhat we offer• Internship salary + relocation allowance if you live farther than 50km from our office in Parma.• Personal tutoring and constant support from your team to develop your personal and business skills.• First-hand experience working on live projects, as the fastest way to learn.• Free access to our company canteen.• Access to our onsite shop where you can pick up our products at a generously discounted price.• A unique opportunity to look behind the scenes of the number one pasta company leader in the worldAdditional information• Location: Parma• Duration: 6 months• Starting date: February ****ManufacturingItalyParmaInternship
