Sky Spy is a fast-growing dual-use startup developing next-generation RF intelligence solutions for contested environments.We are backed by leading European VCs, combat veterans, and technologists.Our mission is to deliver intelligence that saves lives and empowers allied forces worldwide.We're seeking a Field Application & Sales Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our RF intelligence systems and customers across defense and commercial sectors.Location: Remote.Open to Europe/UK (Italy, Poland, Germany, France, and the UK preferred)Salary - $80,000-$120,000 (depends on involvement, experience, and results)Key responsibilities:Conduct product demonstrations and technical evaluations at customer sites, defense facilities, and field environmentsAnswer technical questions about product architecture, system integration, and operational capabilitiesRepresent Sky Spy at defense conferences, trade shows, and industry eventsSupport sales process with technical expertise during customer calls, proposal development, and contract negotiationsGather customer requirements and feedbackDevelop technical documentation, application notes, and integration guidesTrain customers and partners on system operation, deployment, and maintenanceTroubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the engineering team for resolutionRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, RF engineering, radiocommunication systems or related technical field3+ years of experience in RF, EW, or SIGINT systems engineering, integration, or testingStrong understanding of RF / EW / SIGINT systems and signal processingExperience with SDR platforms and spectrum analysis toolsAbility to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent presentation and communication skillsValid driver's license and ability to travelEnglish proficiency - C1+Preferred Qualifications:Background in defense, aerospace, or dual-use technology marketsExperience with technical demonstrations in the field or operational environmentsWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary plus commission structureEquity participation in a venture-backed company with strong technical differentiationFlexible work hoursWork with technology that directly supports forces in the fieldShape multi-domain intelligence capabilities and see the real-world impact of your workJoin a team building a category-defining product in a high-demand marketAdditional Information:Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring sponsorship.We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.Please note that only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
