Work Flexibility Remote or Hybrid or Onsite Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes education plan that is aligned with central European strategy in collaboration with all internal stakeholders including Brand managers and Sales leaders.Follow up best-in-class learning trends and re-evaluate and continuously improve the learning experience.Key ActivitiesDevelop, continuously update and execute internal education programs such as internal courses, online educational platform tools, online courses, etc. and / or external education programs such as sawbones courses, cadaveric courses, online education, etc.Develops new customer engagement programs and events supporting our strategic goals and marketing objectivesDevelop and deploy digital tools to facilitate learningDevelopment of and ensuring up to date sales training curriculum and material.Develop, schedule and communicate a calendar of internal and external education events.Document and store internal training participant list for audit purposes.Partner with surgeon KOLs to ensure high quality faculty at internal and external education activities.Audit selling capability and knowledge base of sales channels regardless of experience and tenure within the company.Build a plan to close the gaps identifiedAllocate and manage the education budget in alignment with strategic priorities.Ensures that educational activities across EMEA markets are coordinated and cohesive, helping to drive agreed goals and strategies.May have responsibility for clinical research in collaboration with Brand Management40% Business TravelQualifications / TenureRequired8-10 years of Medical or Internal Education which a significant portion is within Med-tech / Pharma industry.BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field.Fluent EnglishPreferred4 years in a People Management roleCertification in trainingExperience / SkillsProven experience in Training coordination / Clinical Education Manager role.Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.Understanding of sales process, preferably within relevant medical business.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent organizational skills.Travel Percentage40%#J-*****-Ljbffr
