Field Sales Manager North of Italy Four Corners - Fashion, Luxury & LifestyleFour Corners is the business line of AHCG, specialized in recruiting high-profile professionals in the Luxury and Design industries.On behalf of a leading supplier of furniture fabrics company, we are now looking for a Field Sales Manager North of Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach the A&D community, interior designers, associated contractors, furniture dealers and selected furniture manufacturers, both Italy-based and international organisations;Create long-term relationships with above-mentioned target customers to ensure the company's product will be part of the selection process and prescribed for new projects or in customer's solutions;Contribute to Key Account maintenance and development according to business plan objectives;Identify and approach the known high-potential target customers and seek new opportunities;Project management with A&D community/contractors and furniture manufacturers.Customer training and showroom activitiesTraining of network dealers/sales force and A&D community;Make the showroom in Milano the preferred place to be for events, meetings and networking;Promote the company's other business units where appropriate.Administration and follow-upWeekly updates on activities;Deliver identified growth;Actively use Social Media to promote the brand and activities;Share and implement own activity plans.Requirements+7 years of experience in a Design sales organization;Relevant commercial educational background;Outstanding sales approach and strong negotiation skills;Able to build solid and long-lasting business and professional relationships (internal and external);Competent user of Microsoft Office tools;Willingness to travel.Key InformationSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeIndustries: Interior DesignAegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. ******) - Aegis Srl, AUT.MIN.Prot.***** D.
