BDF Industries, leader globale nelle soluzioni per la produzione di contenitori in vetro cavo, è alla ricerca di unService Project Managerper la DivisioneMelting .La figura avrà la responsabilità operativa della gestione di cantieri industriali in ambito forni fusori e sistemi ausiliari, seguendo installazioni e commissioning presso i siti produttivi dei clienti internazionali.Responsabilità principaliCoordinare e supervisionare le attività di cantiere, garantendo l'avanzamento secondo tempi, costi e standard di qualità condivisiGestire le squadre di tecnici e subappaltatori locali, in stretta collaborazione con l'area Project Management e l'Ufficio TecnicoInterfacciarsi con il cliente durante le fasi operative e di collaudoGarantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro e delle procedure aziendaliCollaborare attivamente alle fasi di avviamento impianto e formazione del personale localeRequisiti richiestiEsperienza consolidata (min. 3 anni) nella gestione di cantieri industriali, preferibilmente in ambito impiantistico o metalmeccanicoConoscenza fluente della lingua ingleseDisponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente (fino al 60% del tempo, anche per periodi prolungati)Capacità di leadership operativa, problem solving e gestione delle risorse sul campoCapacità di lettura del disegno tecnicoCosa offriamoPiano welfare annuale, cellulare, laptopInquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienzaOpportunità di crescita in un contesto internazionale e tecnologicamente avanzatoProgetti sfidanti in collaborazione con le principali vetrerie a livello mondialeAmbiente dinamico e solido, con oltre 100 anni di storia industrialeSede inquadramento: Vicenza
